Artifacts, hailing from Brick City, Newark New Jersey has joined forces with producer Motion Picturez to create a pulsating, turbulent track to raise awareness in the urban community about social, political and economic injustice, discrimination, and inequality, specifically dealing with healthcare in the inner-cities and dilapidated neighborhoods. Tame One, El Da Sensei and DJ Kaos bring the pain with "Broken Glass", part one of "The Joint" trilogy. The timing is perfect for a song such as this, as we are all affected and impacted by the deadly spread and unprecedented Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic. We are all fighting for our lives. African Americans are among the highest rate of infections in the United States.

In a collaborative effort to mitigate and stop the spread of the virus, the Urban Recovery Group teamed up with TAoN Records and Bestoke (PPE) to create a music-awareness campaign that will help ensure our survival. Proceeds of "The Joint [A Trilogy]" will go to benefit various organizations and provide Covid-19 relief, PPE and medical supplies for underserved urban areas of the U.S. and worldwide through the URG 'Rescue Squad' street initiatives.
